Remembering the highlights of the past year

It’s already December on the calendar, which means it’s time to remember the most valuable moments of this year for the QA Academy. We invite you to join our review.

What do you think you can accomplish in one year? For example, the team at the QA Academy managed to work on updating and expanding educational programs and optimizing the educational process.

And these efforts have borne fruit because, in 2021 alone, 600+ students successfully completed one of our courses. As part of the basics training, the guys learned how to:

  • identify software defects of different types
  • use the maximum capabilities of the Jira bug tracking system
  • create bug reports and work with other test documentation
  • and even more.

This knowledge has already helped many of our graduates to find their first job in IT. They attached personal certificates to their resume for the Junior Tester position.

By the way, this year, we were awarded certificate No. 4000. So many people have completed their studies at the Academy during the entire existence of the training center. Hooray!

In addition to students from Latvia, people from Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and Canada took part in online training at the QA Academy. And this proves once again that distance will not become an obstacle on your way to a new promising profession.

Throughout 2021, our experienced trainers, who are also practicing QA specialists, helped the students learn more about software testing every day. Two people joined the team of trainers at once: Lutsevich Polina and Zhukov Slava. These trainers have already proven their skills.

We hope 2022 will be just as exciting as we are ready to share more about software testing.

Thanks to our students and trainers, because it is thanks to your efforts that QA Academy can look ahead with optimism.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
