It’s time to meet the May alumni

QA Academy held two graduations at once in May. Our students have learned how to identify software defects and are now ready to become part of the global QA community.

We’re happy to share the great news! In May, two groups completed their Software Testing Basics course. Novice QA engineers received the necessary basic knowledge and skills that are integral for employment within an international IT company.

For two months, students attended online classes through QA Academy’s virtual platform. This learning approach has enabled young people from Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Montenegro, and Canada to find promising employment in IT professions.

Twice a week, the undergraduates listened to lectures, discussed practical assignments, and exchanged experiences. After all, it is mutual support that helps to achieve high results in the professional field.

Our tutors Maistrankova Veronika and Pavel Volodya taught:

  • draw up test documentation
  • work with a bug tracking system
  • communicate with colleagues on the project
  • achieve full test coverage
  • and much more.

This knowledge base will allow graduates to apply for the Junior QA Engineer vacancies. In addition to a personalized completion of training certificate and successful passing of final exams, 19 students worked diligently to receive letters of recommendation, so this personal praise now complements the CV.

If you also would like to obtain a promising profession as a software tester in two months, then sign up for the Software Testing Basics course today!
